Batparo Terms and Conditions — Read Before You Play

Welcome to Batparo. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Batparo ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing Batparo, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you accept them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use Batparo in any way. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. Batparo recommends checking this page periodically so you are always aware of the current rules.

These Terms are written in plain English and are designed to be understood clearly by Pakistani players. If any clause is ambiguous, Batparo's interpretation will be applied. Questions about these Terms can be directed to Batparo's support team at any time.

To register and use Batparo, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Batparo operates a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other individual, business or entity.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued by Batparo or any other platform with which Batparo operates a shared exclusion arrangement.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and current information during the registration process. Batparo's services are available to users in permitted jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to confirm that accessing and using Batparo is legal in your jurisdiction before registering.

Batparo reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason. Batparo may also require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at registration or at any subsequent point, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC to Batparo's satisfaction may result in account restriction or closure.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on Batparo. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, different email addresses, different mobile numbers or any other method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Batparo account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. Batparo will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify Batparo's support team immediately.

• Do not share your Batparo login credentials with anyone else.
• Do not allow others to use your Batparo account, even temporarily.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with other online accounts.

Batparo accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your Batparo account or any balance within it to any other person. Account balances do not constitute a debt owed by Batparo — they represent a credit held for betting and gaming purposes on the platform.

Batparo accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfers (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit on Batparo is Rs 500. Batparo does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with them separately.

All funds deposited to your Batparo account must come from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Depositing using another person's Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account is not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawals on Batparo are subject to the following conditions:

• You must have completed Batparo's KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method that is verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• The minimum withdrawal amount on Batparo is Rs 500.
• If a bonus was claimed, the applicable wagering requirements must be completed in full before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Batparo targets processing approved withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–2 business days depending on banking infrastructure.

Batparo reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or where documentation requested for KYC has not been provided. In such cases, Batparo will notify the player and work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

All bets placed on Batparo are subject to the specific rules applicable to the event, market and game type in question. These rules are accessible within the relevant betting sections of the platform. It is your responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing any bet.

General betting rules on Batparo include:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by Batparo's system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless Batparo explicitly provides a cash-out or edit function for that particular market.
• Batparo reserves the right to void any bet where the odds offered were clearly erroneous due to a technical error, data feed failure or human error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's Batparo account.
• In-play bets are accepted at Batparo's discretion. Batparo may suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without notice — for example, during match stoppages, reviews or incidents that may affect the outcome.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the betting interface before confirmation. These limits may vary by event, market and player account status.
• Batparo's settlement of all sports bets is based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body. In cases of dispute, Batparo's decision is final.

For PSL and cricket betting specifically, Batparo follows standard international cricket betting settlement rules including treatment of rain delays, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results, abandoned matches and super overs.

Batparo offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing players from time to time. Every bonus or promotion on Batparo is subject to specific terms that are published alongside the offer. In addition, the following general bonus rules apply to all offers:

• Bonus funds credited to a Batparo account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated clearly in the promotion's terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses on Batparo must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion. Unused bonuses that expire are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
• Batparo bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players. Batparo reserves the right to withhold, reverse or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence that a player has registered or deposited primarily or exclusively to exploit the bonus rather than to use the platform for genuine entertainment purposes.
• Players may not hold multiple active Batparo bonuses simultaneously unless the relevant promotion explicitly permits this.
• Batparo reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Notice will be given where reasonably practicable.

Batparo's casino section — including slots, live baccarat, Andar Bahar and virtual sports — is provided for entertainment purposes. All slot and RNG casino games use certified random number generators. Live dealer games are provided by licensed third-party software providers. Batparo does not control the internal operation of games supplied by third-party providers but requires that all providers meet minimum certification standards for fairness and security.

Published RTP (Return to Player) figures are theoretical averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not represent expected returns over any individual session. Slot outcomes and live game results are random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player action, pattern or system.

• Batparo reserves the right to void casino game outcomes where a technical malfunction is identified during a round.
• If a game disconnects mid-round due to a network interruption, Batparo's system will complete the round according to the game's internal logic. The result will be displayed when you reconnect.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or errors in any Batparo game for financial gain is prohibited and will result in account suspension and reversal of affected winnings.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Batparo. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, closure and potential forfeiture of all balances, including winnings:

• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to fund a Batparo account.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one Batparo account.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting Batparo promotions through coordinated betting patterns, the use of multiple accounts, or any other method intended to extract value without genuine recreational play.
• Arbitrage betting: Using Batparo in combination with other platforms in a coordinated manner to guarantee profits regardless of outcome in a way that constitutes commercial exploitation rather than entertainment.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players, Batparo staff, or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet or transaction.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, software or any automated method to place bets or interact with Batparo's platform.
• Money laundering: Using Batparo accounts to process, layer or conceal proceeds of any unlawful activity.

Batparo cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in investigating prohibited conduct. Any funds associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity may be frozen pending investigation and may be remitted to the appropriate authorities.

Batparo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time where:

• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct or breach of these Terms.
• A player fails to complete required identity verification or provides false documentation.
• The account appears to belong to a person under the age of 18.
• Batparo receives a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Batparo is required to do so by applicable law, regulation or a competent authority.

Players may close their own Batparo account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Before account closure, any remaining balance (after completion of applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Batparo may retain records of closed accounts for the period required by applicable law.

Batparo is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Gambling should be entertaining and within your means. Batparo provides the following tools to help players maintain control:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly maximums on how much you can deposit to your Batparo account.
• Loss limits — restrict how much you can lose within a defined period before the system automatically prevents further betting until the limit period resets.
• Reality checks — receive periodic on-screen notifications reminding you how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered in your current session.
• Self-exclusion — request a temporary pause or permanent closure of your Batparo account. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately.
• Session time limits — set a maximum duration for each Batparo gaming session after which you will be automatically logged out.

All content on Batparo — including but not limited to the platform name, logo, design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of Batparo or is licensed to Batparo by third-party providers. Nothing on this platform grants you any right to use Batparo's intellectual property outside of your personal, non-commercial use of the platform as a registered player.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, scrape, frame or otherwise use any Batparo content without prior written permission from Batparo. Unauthorised use of Batparo's intellectual property may result in legal action.

Batparo provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is reliable, secure and accurate, Batparo does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Batparo services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Batparo will not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from bets placed during a period of technical malfunction, unless Batparo's own system error caused directly incorrect odds or game outcomes that would not otherwise have occurred.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind arising from use of Batparo.
• Interruptions to service caused by factors outside Batparo's reasonable control, including network outages, third-party service failures or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms limits Batparo's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by Batparo's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

Batparo collects and processes personal data from registered players for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring and customer support. Batparo does not sell player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Batparo's approach to data privacy is detailed in our full Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on Batparo, you also accept the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data submitted during registration and KYC is encrypted and stored securely.
• Batparo uses cookies and analytics tools to understand platform usage and improve the player experience. You may manage cookie preferences in your account settings.
• Batparo may share player data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement or fraud prevention services where legally required or where Batparo reasonably believes it necessary to protect players or the integrity of the platform.

Batparo may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Batparo will notify players via email, an on-platform notification, or both. The updated Terms will specify the date from which they take effect.

Continued use of Batparo following notification of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. If you do not accept an updated version of these Terms, you must stop using Batparo and close your account before the updated Terms take effect. Any bets already placed and accepted before the effective date of an update will be settled under the Terms in force at the time of placement.
